Most larger super markets have chicken breast sliced up, and flavored differently, made by Louis Rich. For something quick on the go, they'll suffice.
Also, Lucky/SavMart chains have similar chicken, but also beef fajitas made by a company named "John Soules" I think. I love getting the beef prior to a leg workout- a little more fat to give me a bit more energy.
Obviously you can have tuna.
Cottage Cheese- I like to put sunflower seeds on mine, creates an interesting mix of tastes. I'll buy fat free cottage cheese and add almonds or peanuts, or the aforementioned in place of the milk fat.
Protein shakes/bars I'm assuming you know well.
If you go to Carls Jr, BK or whatever, you can usually find a chicken sandwich that's roasted. Throw away the bun and/or whatever other processed items it may come with.
I might think of more later.
