Never seen the 6 percentage claim and that is without a doubt bullshit.

Bodybuilders compete at between 3 and 5 percent. He's not walking around at just one percent higher.

Anywhere under 10 percent and you're gonna look very lean.

As for the strength and measurement claims - could very well be possible.

Mes seems like an extraordinarily strong bloke.
