As for Mes, I think he's natty and believe his strength claims cause he's posted videos to back them up. But as has been observed, I think he's a bit off with his bodyfat estimate. A lot of people here have no idea what can be accomplished naturally and don't have much of an exposure to how varied things like diet, caloric intake, builds, genetics and stuff can be. Mes eating 2 big meals a day and being that strong and built is not impossible, although it's very rare.
People should bear in mind that all the 'eat a protein-rich meal every 3 hours to keep your blood sugar levels stable and your body anabolic' crap is a very recent way of thinking. How do you account for the fact that there are people who are built in all cultures and races, even though some of them don't eat a lot or often? Besides, it's not like Mes is 250 lb shredded at 5'11" - his build is perfectly attainable naturally, although you will need to have the genetics for it (which is rare, although not too rare) and work your butt off for years, consistently.
