I've been lurking, I mean
researching the boards alot lately and I've been curious about the ECA benefits also. I'm about the same size as SamoanIrishman (just not Samoan or Irish), and the good ole US Navy considers me overweight too. Funny how that works. My squat and dead are probably not up to par with his since we don't have a squat rack or even a full lenght olympic bar in our pitiful little weight room, but with the dumbells and machines I have on board I managed to put up 350lbs a couple times in my recent stop to Bahrain. I do admit I do have a little body fat to lose though. Being 35 I have the mid-30's handles starting to form up around the sides. My food selection is more of a suggestion than a reality. It's pretty much eat what the cooks have for you or buy lots of Ramen Noodles from the ship's store. I'm sick of Ramen Noodles. I'm due for another port visit soon and hopefully I can put together a decent ECA stack that I can try out for a month or so. I wonder if they sell Bronkaid in Dubai
