Do Mods get paid?

I remember a while back reading that a mod gets a nickel for every deleted post and a dime per thread.  Is this true?

Your evaluation is coming up soon. Doing a good job so far, best third mod we have had. One bit of advice, don't warn the gimmicks about posting their pics. Just nuke their fkn posts and threads. It's a pussy free zone now :)
