I step into the gym with unbound rage.I bust out 2 rest pause,super duper drop sets with all out no limit intensity.most humans on earth would crumble beneath the pressure and pain.but I forge ahead.and after five minutes my workout is complete.then I must go home and rest.eat,play video games,and sleep 12-15 hours.because I know that tomorrow will bring another High intensity all out ball busting workout and Ive got to be ready for the onslaught..this is SDHIT..can you handle it.
