I was wondering if somebody like Tom Platz would do Heavy Barbell Squats one day with that being the only exercise for that day. After that he would continue with working a different muscle group. The next day he would o squats but with a just a moderate weight and adding on after that more leg workouts like hacks, lunges, leg extensions, etc. Would that be over training because I heard of pro bodybuilders responding well to this training sometimes. :)

probodybuilders are on a load of steroids and hormones that would kill a horse
but if you don't go to failure and don't do too much volume you can do it  :)

Come on it was an honest question, don't give me that shit. :) If a pro goes to failure with barbell two days in a row, but the second day using moderate weight. Can you get away with that as far as better muscle growth etc.

yes, but there is really no point in doing so, once the muscle is damaged, it's damaged, you have to wait until it repaires itself to funnly work it again
