Come on it was an honest question, don't give me that shit. If a pro goes to failure with barbell two days in a row, but the second day using moderate weight. Can you get away with that as far as better muscle growth etc.
yes, but there is really no point in doing so, once the muscle is damaged, it's damaged, you have to wait until it repaires itself to funnly work it again
