if you joined a gym and dieted instead of starting stupid threads maybe you would get better "genetics"

as motivation why not start a progress thread? you will get killed at first, but this would serve as inspiration to keep going and prove everyone wrong.
Progress? As in rate of weight loss and what have you?
progress in what ever goal(s) you state at the start of the thread. Usually everyone wants to get stronger and or leaner
