Only the TNA ones are from 2008. I couldn't find any recent 2008-2009 salaries. Maybe Karl can have better luck?

Are people like J.R., Lillian Garcia, referees, etc. actual employees who receive medical benefits and such, or are they considered independent contractors like the wrestlers?

I honestly don't know that one. I would think that they don't get any medical benifits but the office personal at titan towers do.

Heenan mentioned that he received benefits while working for Turner because he was considered an employee.

Stone cold was making 2,000,000 per year just wrestling salary + house show & PPV bonuses & merchandise bonuses. The Rock was making 600,000 + house show, merchandise & PPV bonuses. He grossed over 6 million in 1999-2001.
