Big Show vs. Cena
« on: April 06, 2009, 10:02:55 PM »
Is it me or does anybody else find it weird that they let Show win cleanly over John Cena?

I agree. That match should have had a crooked finish to it. It was way too clean of a finish.

I have a funny feeling that Triple HHH will loose the title at backlash. Vicky Gererro (the new Raw GM) said that it will be a si man tag match pitting triple HHH, shane & batista against The Legacy and if anyone on triple HHH's team loses then Orton gets the title. It will allow him to loose the title without getting pinned and allow him to take a couple of months off as he was supposed to film the movie Thor. So i've heard.

So they're finally gonna make Thor?
That's cool.
They've been talking about it for a while.

I just read the other day that Cena will be assuming Chuck Norris' role in the remake of Missing In Action.

So they say. Triple HHH was supposed to be getting the role as Thor.

Apparently Edge & Shawn Michaels are supposed to be taking a little time off too to let some nagging injurires heal.

I got news for yous. HBK is not gonna retire.

Backstage News On Shawn Michaels' Possible Retirement
Source: prowrestling.com

"Shawn Michaels has been spotted backstage at WWE events recently favoring his knees and walking around more carefully than in the past. His knees have been described as being in really bad shape right now and the speculation is that he may need even more of a schedule break, if not a good period of time away pretty soon. Michaels made a radio appearance on Q101 in Chicago saying it is possible that after next year's WrestleMania that he would take some time off from WWE since his contract would be expiring and wants to spend more time with his family. Whether or not he will take time off after WrestleMania or continue his normal full-time schedule remains to be seen. It should be noted that in regards to his match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25, Michaels was very hands-on with the creative aspect of the storyline much like he was during the Chris Jericho feud.

Also note that while Michaels would likely still wrestle after next years 'Mania on a very reduced schedule, he is looking to stop wrestling full-time next year and wants to spend more time with his sons as they grow up."
