Well in terms of photographic gear and setup those shots may very well be "unprepared" or sub-par but they certainly give a too flattering impression of his real physique. The same with some of the Ronnie pics floating around. Even Kamali can look good in some of his kitchen shots.

Compare contest pictures (or video) instead, that's where it really matters.

But dude come on, most of the pictures you use have some pretty savage contrast/filters/sharpening added to them. This is true of some of the Dorian pics as well but you look a bit foolish when you deny that the Ronnie pics are tampered with.

No according to Kevin Horton one of the best contest photographers in the business  he confirmed on many occasions exactly what screencaps were enhanced and and FYI the guy who did them admitted it to 

it's YOU who resorted to using worked pics its YOU who made up quotes , YOU had access to many untouched pics from 1999 and YOU chose not to use them instead .
