Glenn Beck - Teen punks murder American hero's dog

Apparently a group of scum bag teens were big fans of Michael Vick, because 'for fun' they have been driving around Texas shooting dogs. As if shooting dogs wasn't horrible enough, one of the dogs they executed belonged to an American hero -- Marcus Luttrell. The dog, named Dasy (each letter representing one of Luttrells fallen team members) had been given to him to help him with the healing process after going through absolute hell in Afghanistan (see Lone Survivor). Needless to say, this dog meant absolutely everything to him. Marcus heard the gunshot, saw the punks and chased them until he finally caught them. These wastes of skin are only alive because Marcus let them live.

Police got there first.

On April 5, 2009, four teenage males approached Luttrell's property and fatally wounded his dog, Dasy, with a .357 Magnum revolver at approximately 1 A.M. The males are believed to also be behind the killings of other neighborhood canines. Each letter of the name "Dasy" represents one of the fallen members of his team. She was given to him in recovery to help him through rehabilitation. Luttrell proceeded to track the individuals through four counties in his truck until police apprehended the individuals. Upon arrest, the suspects verbally threatened Luttrell's life and taunted him. Alfonso Hernandez was arrested on-scene and charged with animal cruelty whilst Michael Edmonds remained at large. On April 7, he turned himself in, was booked, and posted his bail. The other two individuals were not charged.[12]

If you watch the video , you we see where Marcus was on the phone with the police the entire time he was in pursuit of them.

WOW! I read Lone Survivor front to back three times already. How many in this thread have actually read the book and understand just who Marcus Lutrell actually is and the shit him and his three buddies went through?
