Mix and Match-im confused

As a trainer I wear athletic pants and athletic shirts

someone told me its bad to wear a combo like : nike pants and adidas shirt??

please help.

I had a kukri t-shirt, umbro shorts and puma trainers on in the gym yesterday...I don't care as long as they are clean :)

A combo of different brands are fine Gene.just make sure that they kinda match.
all different colors make it really stand out.

Nothing wrong with mix and match IMO - I wear an NPC t-shirt, nike bottoms, and puma shoes. It doesn't matter as long as they're all black.  8)

As soon as one of those fucking companies sponsors me and gives me my clothes for free i'll just wear one brand. Till that day comes i'll wear whatever the fuck i want. I have no loyalty to any company that isn't giving me shit.

I pretty much just workout in free shirts i've gotten and cut the sleeves off of. I rotate about 3 pairs of shorts.

We do Nike SPARQ camps and training, almost everything we have is Nike.

Are compression clothes a good thing to wear for working out or is loose fitting fitnesswear smarter.  I'm not talkin cardio, I'm talking about strength training and muscle building.  Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
