They say that if you have a proper strength in your lower back, you should be able to do good mornings with at least a half of your squat weights. I have done that, it is lot of fun, because you just about never see anything like that in the gym. I have relatively weak squat, just a bit over 450lb so it is easy to beat that. First try with your body weight, then go for it, and I guarantee that there is people watching you with their eyes hanging out of their sockets. Once I was doing that, there was a guy squatting with just a same weight which I need, so I ask if I can try it while he was resting, and I take the barbell on my shoulders with a wide grip. Then I take two big steps back from a rack, and bend down keeping my back flat. When my torso was parallel with the floor, I stand up and start the next rep. After five reps I stop and put weight back on the rack, and that guy was looking at me like I have drop weights on his feet.
