Where are his legs  ??? I mean this is supposed to be a " PRO " ! Seriously, How easy would it be to just train your upper body.
If all you had to do was sleep/train/eat/do drugs , wouldn't your legs be bigger ? he is after all supposed to be the strongest bodybuilder in the world right ? C'mon... Pathetic !!!!

That's exactly the problem. Most powerlifters have relatively small quads.
