This 175 lbs mass monster claims a year round 5% bodyfat. He also says he's stronger than people who lift heavy since that doesn't mean anything when you're on the wrestling floor and that straps are for puzzies (boasting a brutal 440 lbs 1rm on deads).

5 % !!



FYI most bodybuilders compete at around 6 maybe 7%, and SOME of them compete at 5%.

What do you think?

Strange - his upper back looks to be about 10% while his arms , delts and lower back look more like 15%.

Anyway nowhere even remotely close to 5%.

440 lbs dl @ 175 is pretty good though

he also thinks anyone above 10% BF is fat and is doing something all wrong (nevermind that most of all bodybuilders are more than 10 maybe around 12-15% off season.

Also, many bodybuilders train and eat wrong according to him.

I might add, his deadlifts is the only thing he's got going for him to some extent.
