nice keister in the gym

Guys,

 I loathe cardio workouts, as I am sure most of you do..... the other night I was on the treadmill, when all of a sudden, here is this female with a nice backside on the cardio machine in front of me. I suddenly didn't want to get off the treadmill and stayed on there for 35 minutes. Normally, I get bored after 20 minutes or so. With the nice weather coming around again, I am sure the ladies will wear more revealing outfits....... which means I will stay on my cardio routine for a while. Anyone else experience that at the gym?????

A few days ago I had a cutie right in front of me on the stationary bike with full blown G-string action showing. I did a lot of extra cardio that day :D Anyway, I've been lifting weights for over 18 years and can count on one hand the number of panty shots I've seen in the gym. Life can be cruel sometimes

same here.. i just graduated, but when i used to work out at the university rec center i would always strategically pick a cardio machine to draw upon motivation when all my internal motivation was gone.. i would always get too excited if i happened to pick a stationary bike, i kind of felt like a greyhound trying to chase one of those rabbits at the track
