Holy shit... Amazing report, I can't believe what was destroyed.  Schools, homes, hospitals, farms, chicken coops, factories, everything--they didn't spare a single fucking thing, the place is totally obliterated.

dude, chill the fuck out.  There's no shortage here in America of Israel's side of the story.  We get it daily, plenty of it.  What the hell could be the problem with people having both sides.  This was a pretty decent report on DN.  We've all heard the Israeli side day in and day out, no need to cry over it missing in this report.  Of course there is bias, on both sides, duh...

Well either you're kidding or you're lying? I prefer not to insult your character by calling you a liar.

Unless of course you limit yourself to a single source your assertion is false.

If you actually think we don't get the Israeli side of things here in America, your knowledge of this country is so far out of touch you have no business commenting.  At least have a basic background on what you're saying before you level obviously stupid absurdities.  I watch the news constantly here, many different sources.  On all of the major networks it's easy to hear the Israeli perspective--EASY!!!  Out of all of the major news outlets, the single only place you typically see a report like this is on democracy now and I wouldn't exactly call that a major source even though it is popular.  You clearly are full of shit on this one.  Just funny as fuck you would think the Israeli angle doesn't dominate in the media here.

So are you going to display some evidence? Like for example reports on the latest conflict from various news sources?

having worked on media issues to do with this conflict and living in Jerusalem, it can best be summed up like this

US: biased toward Israel
Europe: Biased towards Pals
Israel: Apart from Haaretz, one sided propaganda
Arab world: All propaganda

just the way it is, no matter what you do you get slammed...many good people have given up trying over here because being even handed makes too many people angry who wont admit theres another side to the conflict...its a load of bullshit but there you go!!

There are only 2 types of war...peace or total war. Clauswitz
If the rags can stop blowing up pizza joints and buses full of kids...this would not be neccesary.

A part of me feels like Israel killing them all would be more humane.

If only it were that simple headhunter...theres alot of stuff happening on both sides...most of it you dont see on your tv screen im afraid...it aint all one way or the other, both sides have a considerable amount of blood (most of it innocent) on their hands. Like i said dont get into this idea that its all because of one side, believe me its not.

Welcome to the board. I'm a pro Israel guy....I really can't stand the douchebags who defend the Palestinians. They have pushed moderate jews into becoming right wing zealots. The jews will never give up the settlements nor give em Jerusalem. They have had opportunity after opportunity for peace. Their leadership has sold them out at every turn. Hamas wants power, they don't want peace. Rubble doesn't make trouble.

you want evidence for what is glaringly obvious to everyone who lives in America and watches the news ::)  Included a few international sources too.

Not really, I don't have time to watch all them, but if they are a true representation then I stand corrected. I do however remember a majority of reports I read from around the time of things heating up there that US media was leaning towards Palestine.

Do you feel that it's humane when Hamas steals aid meant for the Gazan populace, of which there are multiple documented instances?

Israel killing them all means no refugees or aid. The wasting of US taxpayer dollars won't stop until one side of the equation is dead and there's no political downside to killing the Palestinians. If Israel could be trusted to not steal land from Lebanon, Jordan or Egypt no one could care but they have never had enough land and would end up taking more to establish 'safety zones' or building settlements in other countries after reinterpreting a covenant.

not leaning toward the palestinian cause per say.  There were reports critical of tactics and targets.  Things like banned weapons used and civilian targets etc.  They weren't really condeming Israeli action, but critical of the execution of it.  Any, the point being, strong pro israeli opinion in the American media is not hard to find.  It would be quite hard to miss even if you tried.

also, in this latest war, some of those things that were being nailed in the media, were revelations made by Israelis and it was controvertial there.  Members of the Israeli military even went public with those issues.  So that it might be covered in the media here doesn't make the network or reporter pro palestinian per say.

The IDF made an effort to get ahead of the Hamas PR machine and did an ok job. They didn't want lies spread. We are expecting a "lessons learned" on this in another month or so. I will share what I can.

I don't know about you guys but the whole Arab-Israeli conflict thing is really getting very bothersome and annoying.....they just keep killing each other and they just won't try to make peace..it's a shame that the United States has to always try to broker a peace between these guys when they should be doing it themselves...I know if I were the president I wouldn't waste my time and prestige on this nonsense....nothing is EVER going to come out of it....

These guys are fighting over the Bible and the Koran and they will never make peace...EVER
