You know this was discussed not too long ago...I didn't answer last time so here you go.

750 Sust/week
600 Deca/week

Ran both for 12 weeks. Great mass and strength and knee and shoulder joints felt great...Nolva for pct

That's what most guys run for PCT.

500mg Test E ICN Galenikas
30mg Russian dbols
400mg Denkall EQ

NO PCT!  Hardly lost any size or strength.  Bloated the fuck up though but I gained probably 30lbs of muscle in a few months.  Have the stretch marks to remember.  LOL.  First cycle is usually your best cycle.  And more is not always better.

Continue training hard and eating the way you did while on and you can recover fine w/o PCT.

300 test and 300 deca.  gained like 15 solid pounds and kept it all, no sides at all!
