Does anyone have it?  Arnold has some routines in it, I don't remember them exactly (don't have the book out at the moment).

Anyone know if these routines are decent, or are they geared towards someone on juice?

The newer book with the grey cover, not the old one with yellow?

I have both, and they're the same book except for different pictures. The newer version has updated guys like Dorian for the back routine instead of Franco. Or Matarazzo instead of Arnold for Arms.

I have the newer one, I think it has a basic routine and an advanced routine?  I'm going to go get the book in a second.

Do you think they're decent splits for a natural?  If I remember right, in the advanced routine he recommends training each muscle group three times a week?

Too much volume in the later levels.
I would use the starter program, and after 6 weeks or so of that, go to the advanced level for a few weeks, then back down to the beginner level. That way you give your body time to recuperate from the heavier volume of the advanced workout.
But it worked for Arnold!

the advance and competition routines are VERY high in volume. They were written to be done 3 times a week, but hell with it.....once a week does the job eh? >:(
