its not ho hum forearms and ho hum tris.

if that was the case his arms wouldn't look like this:

but then again, ND has never been one to know what is good quality as far as physiques go. tulips, daisies and daffodils maybe, but not physiques..

What's amazing is how much of a fan boy you are and how you're willing to turn a blind eye to his faults

and all you can do is type ' its not ho hum forearms and ho hum triceps ' and then posts a couple of carefully selected pics and say ' see ' and then thrown in a personal attack because as usual you don't have a clue

the best arms would include size , shape , proportion , balance , detail , development , vascularity of ALL the muscles of the arms

Ronnie has outstanding biceps among the best ever
Ronnie's triceps while huge have poor lateral head shape ontop of being thin
Ronnie's forearms are short and club shaped and most definitely aren't in proportion with his massive biceps and triceps overall his arms can not compete with Lee Priest who has ALL of the above

lets entertain biceps and triceps are equal for the sake of argument Priest still has better forearms therefore better ARMS overall and this is being kind , so you have nothing as usual .

you can't have the greatest arms ever when you have mediocre forearms and good triceps sorry kid that's not how it works and you can't escape that by attacking me

and Ronnie won all those contests because he was better than the guys he competed against that's why he won but then again most of the guys he beat were past their primes when he started doing it , not his fault he can only beat who shows up onstage.
