when it comes to Competition-Bodybuilding only very few Athletes can come in real good shape and having a solid muscle package....
Here in Germany we have also a "Natural-Organization" which is growing year by year. They did not only drug testing, but also a test on the "Lying detector".

Hardcore Training without steroids and beeing satiesfied with the results itīs possible....going through a long & strict diet as a natural is another story....

I bodybuild until I die or coma(OK, even in my dream i train).
Just I have huge confidence to be like 200lbs with abs.
But, i dont have confidence to be like these shredded to the bone condition in any weight.
So just I quit. But I wont say never, who knows? ;D
