I think ND means before Flex went overboard on the synthol. All the top guys at the O used it, give or take a few. When SEOs are used PROPERLY, they can really bring up a lagging part. Actually just met someone in real life who's used SEOs (PROPERLY) and he looks fantastic. You just use a little to steer the muscle in the right direction. If you've got a SEVERELY lagging part then jamming it with oil will make it worse.

its so hard to say.  show me a pic of levrone and ill say its him, show me a pic of flex ill say its him,  show me a pic of nasser ill say its him......etc... theres plenty of great bb'rs who never got mr.olympia but probably could have won it a few times without any suprise to me...    however the debate for best bodybuilder of all time is so easy its ludacris  :)  ;)
