EXTREMELY soft lower body
horrible contest condition, no calves, ...it almost looks like he has a fat ass and no hamstrings, sorry but i'm just pointing out what i see

Troy knows he didnt look good at the Ironman.  This is a whole different show and Troy will be ready.
