160 140 120lb bottom twink at my gym, lol his workout was so brutal. He would kick the shit out of the heavy bag, then go work one glute at a time on the butt blaster, LMAO then while I was doing tricep pushdowns on the multi-use station, he gets on the abdominal leg lift part, but just starts climbing in it and doing weird ass shit. Then while I am doing hammer strength I hear him grunting like a maniac on a machine several feet away. The sad thing is there is no shortage of these guys at my gym.
