and trains harder than anybody in the world .... but he has deleted that comment  :D

seriously, 40 years? is the guy like 60 years old  ???

The bench thing seems to be a flat/incline/decline bench all in one...the other thing with the handles is some sort of balancing apparatus? It could be a chin up bar for those who lack in height or a walking platform for those in rehab…Obviously all state of the art, breakthrough technology.
