If you want pumpster  just go over to the training board and say something about the BowFlex. He will be right up and call you every name in the book. As an extra bonus he will tell you how bad your grammar is. Never try defending your point of view, it will get deleted on the spot. Try to pm him and that will be blocked also. I think I must be near the record of being deleted on the training board...hope so.


He say's his legs are better than most on GB and NFL quality (waterboy?). So the secret for quadzilla pumpster's leg mass must be leg extensions on the BowFlex...without a doubt. And DB (or BowFlex) fly's are the best chest exercise around for mass, better than benches or dips I guess.. Also said he was coach for the Bahama BB'ing club in the '70's.

Easy to believe he prefers chicks with dick. Can believe he would always be on the receiving end (no pun) with deep pleasure.
