Gene, seems like I always have to cook stuff longer or at a higher heat (at the end) than called for also and my oven is probably under 5 years old.

If you like thin crust, next time you could try California Pizza Kitchen Sicilian - it's pretty good!

Haven't tried any others lately, sometimes it's just better to order. :-\ You can get a large thin crust from Dominho's for $10 and change and those frozen pizzas are usually $8 and they suck.

You are exactly right...It needs something more..like goat cheese or feta or something.

The only good crispy thin crust one I've had is the Sicilian one.

You mean we'd eat it on the same night and then post about it on here or something?   Good stuff as usual Gene.  Everyone could join in the Gene Pizza night thread ;D
