Genetics, his arms are still big compared to amater BBers (yes yes some are freaks) but his shoulders are also a strong bodypart so they overpower them.

Seriously though, apart from the strange syndrome that affects many bodybuilders where the limbs start to atrophy, he's had, IMO, a bunch of small tears to his quads and arms. The biceps have definitely had a few tears though I know Disgusted denied this. Then he's injected different substances in there and that can damage the area further and "kill" the muscle over time IMO. He was doing some type of intensive massage therapy for his arms, don't know if it was in an attempt to break up scar tissue or get the oil out of it or what but it doesn't appear to have helped much.

I completely agree with you on all accounts.
While Disgusted did, indeed, deny the site injection/synthol claims and whatever else, I think those who have more of a trained eye than many around are able to see that something is not right with Kamali's physique. Be it the lumps he displays in the left delt (recent shot), his lumpy arms from oil/site injections or whatever lack of quad sweep King doesn't have....his genetics suck and he's tried to compensate in some way shape or form.

And it is not working.
