Hi everyone. I need some advice, help, assistance. I am currently deployed to Iraq and have a year or a little over that left over here. In between missions I have been going to the gym pretty much non stop. I have been looking online and have seen a lot of BD being advertised. However from reading on here I know to steer clear of that. I need advice on a beginner cycle. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

I agree with you regarding a healthy level of skepticism when someone says something. But short of burying my head in the sand, no pun intended, any other advice or direction I can take? Otherwise I am going to keep busting my ass in the gym and not have anything to show for it. I am really tall 6'7" so I need to be able to pack a lot onto my frame. Thanks in advance.

You did not read the forum rules apparently cause you are asking for a source to mail gear to you. This is an open violation. Please refrain from this behavior here as it will not be tolerated. I'm sure the UCMJ is very unkind to those caught receiving controlled substances in the base mail.

It is to mainly to protect the members here and also you, as Quick has already said this is exactly how you get scammed and ripped off. You may be thinking "well I will give the guy some business, I will get what I'm looking for and all is well" Problem is you will send them money and they will send you nothing! So be very careful and if anyone has contacted you already. Tons of people, most new to the board have be burned the same way "looking for some help" What makes you think anyone, especially a stranger on the internet, wants to help you procure illegal drugs?

Have you tried the local pharmacies in Iraq. I don't know what they are like(as far as selling over the counter), because Ive never been to Iraq, but I would def check it out.

shit that is what iam thinking those guys are in a slump you can probably get it throught the locals and ship that shit back home for later

I appreciate all the advice and the admonishment on what not to ask on here. I do have a question as to what would be appropriate for a first timer. I hope this isnt violate the rules. If anyone has a opinion on a good solid basic cycle I would be in your debt.

Well heck I am already up to my ass in sand so I guess the battle is half over.
I am 6'7" and I weigh approx 270 before a mission and 245 after from the sweat loss.
BF % is got to be around 19% so I am cognizant I need to increase the cardio.
I am 37 yrs old and I have no medical issues whatsoever, nor is there any family history of medical issues ie heart or BP/hypertension.
I really am trying to bust my ass in the gym. I am so tall it just doesnt seem to show as much as the shorter guys here.
One more question. Is it ok to ask about the effectiveness of certain items or should that be relegated to PM's?
Thanks again everyone. I told the Mrs. I am going to come home buffed and bronzed. So far I am just bronzed. Although the sand is a great exfoiliator.

500mg test E, or C, 12 weeks.

You could add dbol if you'd like. I would recommend just test though for a first cycle.

Make sure you have all your Post Cycle stuff and maybe some aromisin in order b4 your first inject. You don't want to start the bloat or growin boobies and have to scramble looking for stuff.

I'm unfamiliar with current military protocol, If your CO suspects something is up (a rapid change in body comp.) could you be tested ??

Dude I was in Iraq, don't juice while your there. i was there in 2004-05 and the living conditions were nasty dudes got infections. Plus i don't know if you have a combat job but, you need to focus on cardio and not putting on mass and the juice generally elevates your heart rate you don't want to bleed out faster, trust me bro don't mess with juice there wait till u get back to to your post. When i was there it was easy to get stuff mailed to you but i have no idea how more developed shit is there now. We went through some pharmacies on a few missions and all we found we pain pills no juice. Plus I dunno if you have been to any pharmacies there but its was dirty as fuck. i would talk to your "terp" or if they have any blackwater guys they could acquire it a lot easier.

But thats if your retarded and do it. I think its a bad idea you do not want to get hit when your on the juice plus when you get medavaced they aren't going to know your on gear and they won't test your test levels they will just do routine shit and put u on all sorts of shit and u will most likely get gyno bad and then if you snitch on yourself they will fuck you when you get medically kicked out you could lose benefits.

Like I said do cardio you need to have endurance over there not strenght.........you should know that solider..........you never know what the fuck is going to happen in that dump so WTF are you going to do if you lose your PCT shit or something anythingcan happen its not worth it. I juiced in Korea and there was no fighting there and it was still pretty dumb......trust me
