how much alcohol and what kind of diet are u on when you look fat free in some pics

well i think hes said hes been natural for sometime?


fact is anyone can look like shit or look fantastic if they know what foods to eat to give them hellafied workouts on a daily basis, everyday training is the only way to push personal limits. when training everyday u learn faster of what your body can handle workout wise and diet wise

lots of alchohol


diet ?

2 lbs of chicken breast spread throughout the day in 4 meals , 50 g oats in the mornin green leafy veggies w the last 3 meals

2 hours of cardio

4 days weights a week
