I guess you could call it power-building. Reps between 5-8, 3 sets per exercise, 3-4 exercises per bodypart.

Right now i am currently doing my last week of higher volume work, just to change it up a bit. Next week i will get back the other way.

Nothing special really, but i like it.

That sounds like my training pretty much.  I like to do it Max-OT style.  I respond really well to that.

Going as heavy as you can to get between 4 and 6 reps, 6 to 9 sets... Very good warm up technique, brief (30 minute usually) but very hard hitting workout.

Yes Sir.  Born and raised.  Left for 10 years because of the Air Force but now am back.

I've only been to Vegas a couple times but I enjoyed it.  I actually preferred the downtown/Fremont area but I had a strange enjoyment of that tiny "Slots Of Fun" casino next to Circus Circus.  Maybe it was the $0.99 beer and $0.25 footlong hotdogs...of course, that was years ago and I don't do the beer or hot dogs anymore. 

10 years in the Air Force...well served.  I did a 3 year hitch in the Army but often regret not going AF and learning a useful trade instead.

I had protein pancakes with sugar free maple and pancake syrup, with oatmeal, brazil nuts and raisins   :D
Add that with some marshmellow dip too, all syrups being calorie free

Yes my hair was a little messy plus I was too lazy to cut out the head properly. ;D
