unhealthy cholesterol plays a key role in fatloss
if we start with a high protien low fat moderate carb approach it will work to a point
then u can try beer to 'further that point' your bodyweight may drop alot by this point from when u started high protien low fat maybe 10-18 pounds then again it may not, u may simply just look more ripped at this point but progress slows and workouts suffer because u lack cholesterol from dietary fats
then u hit a platueu
thats when u need to change the diet totally to something like 40-60 percent fatcalories (think chocolate , it tastes good and its garanteed energy) and INCREASE calories because u will be gaining muscle at this point and u will be repairing your body, drop the protien at this point, u may gain GOOD weight at this point and look fuller more ripped
