getting high is good but this guy doesn't seem to get any serious.

Some of the "theories" were: protein bars, olive oil, lemon juice with celtic sea salt and many many more.

Not only this, but this guy chooses to "workout" "at home" with an "equipment" consisting of only two 40pound dumbells.

get a gym membership, eat normal food like all the human beings and then come back to us.

Your last statement is fucking moronic.  Raw milk is superior to vegetables in calcium absorption for a myriad of reasons.  It's a scientific fact that for the body to absorb and utilize calcium efficiently enzymes and fat are necessary.  One enzyme specifically needed is called phosphatase no found in vegetables.  If you're going to talk out of your ass regarding nutrition I suggest you study the topic a little more.  No body built muscle or athletic performance eating fucking vegetables and to say vegetables are superior at building health is a complete lie and bullshit.

Every time I eat something startchy and then do any cardio type shit I feel like I have a basketball in my belly.


exactly i stay FAR AWAY FROM BREADS AND PASTAS. they fuck u up bad. i can handle a couple peices of garlic bread but much more ill have that bowling ball feeling in my stomach  :P >:(

As a teenager I drank nothing but whole milk. Running (from about the 800 meter, up to the 3000 meter) was my best athletic skill, and I alway beat everybody at my school at those distances. Drank milk pre and post running- always felt great.

see in the time a lot of you guys have measured out exact measurements of rice fish brocolli etc etc i have already eaten and started training. given me an extra 2hrs a day rest instead of 2 hrs cooking
