why do people keep saying that? that is how the side tricep pose is done, you have to push your tricep against the lat, what is the problem? all you need to get those triceps is PLAZMOSIS
sure, bodybuilder on stage will push it against his lat...and they carn and and pump up and diuretic too... but that isnt what they actually look like... not when they are chilling out on a normal day and just flex a cold tricep... thats why its important to point out that he is pushing it against his side.. cuz most people wouldnt know that...and they would think that that is what his tricep actually looks like when flexed..but its not really how it looks...and hes not as big as he appears

Well when I do the same pose even while pushing against my lats, mine comes nowhere close to looking that size! So I know I just need more mass there.
