yeah and i seen some dudes with that same vein will run into there shoulder looks pretty cool

Yeah that's what i meant but i wrote should instead of shoulder. Then the key is to have a cool vein formation when it hits your arm. Mine sort of splits and doubles there which looks pretty cool in the right lighting, but i never get thin enough to get it sticking out far enough. When on NO it sticks out a little better.

lol, like you have any control about getting the "wow factor". either you have it or you havent. especially with calves and forearms.

i laugh about these flex articles that makes you think you can built whatever you want just by eating broccoli and steak.

Hurting. I went home for 5 days last week and ate like crazy. My parents had an unlimited supply of the of entennman's chocolate filled crumb cake and I could not resist. I would literally eat 1/4 of it just for breakfast. I am going super strict this week to get back in the game. I was 191 tonight. I want to be below 185 by the start of may. Last year I was 190 when may started so I'll still be ahead of where I was even though i've been eating shitty and haven't started running consistently yet.

IN regards to training i like the rope with a plate at bottom and roll it up and down and back up ,3 times little rest ,sick pump.you have to attempt some training to them if not genetic.
