yeah but if the forearms are too big, then the upper arms look small, and vice versa. But, I'm a forearms type of guy myself. I love training forearms, you get the most wicked burn and pump and you can look like popeye for a half hour  :)

who cares if you upper arms look small you cant be constantly doing a bicep pose.. but the forearms add to your physique even when relaxed

i got big forearms 18" but my upper arms are also 18"  :'( and my calves are 17"  >:(
