1)Bob-what was the craziest workout charles glass ever put you through?
2)whats your reccomendation for post workout nutrtion?
3)in Planet Muscle mag, sept/oct 05 pg 55 there is an ad w/ u in it and u say: Higher Powers new m1t2 is the most exciting and effective product since m1t and andro. Its my new bodybuilding edge."
Do u still take this supp and do u reccomend it to others?

I'd also reccomend driving a Lambo and visiting the Playboy Mansion and haven't done either of those

What did Arnold use after his workouts? Why would you want to eat something that you have no idea what is in it...Nobody is watching what these companies put in their bottle...2 grams a sugar could mean 30...50 grams of protein could be 10...
