I have to say that i am a net for some and i have a lot of nets for me. I don't have a lot of friends, only a handful of true friends, but i try to help people out whereever i can, so i could say there's a lot of people owing me a favor. That's a side net, so to speak.

That may just be a consequence of how you present yourself to others. If you appear strong and self-reliant, why should people give you any signals about providing a safety net for you? They will help you if you should need it, given that you show them that you need help.
