legs are my best bodypart but ive had to take over 4 moths off of leg training because of sciatic nerve problem and i am now dieting. i didnt make any claims about my quads

its closer and a different angle and i never pump up either, but they are about equal, although id says yorus are a bit more int he quad than mine while mine a bit more in the hamstrings.

either way, yours could be 100X better or 100X worse.. dont change nothing... cuz thats not what i said... i only said your upperbody destroys your lower body...which is true... and you admitted it too.

I didn't either that was the whole point. If you have anything show because this is a quad thread. Who gives a shit what anybody thinks because mostly those are the people not showing pics of themselves. I have a damaged sciatic nerve, that runs down right leg. I still do what I can and show what I got. If I have quad development, I have it and if I don't then I don't. Just have the guts to show what you have.

I'll admit it all day long.  if my upper body wasn't so big no one would say dick about my legs lagging a bit....that's a problem i can live with.
