yeah check it out :) I go to a Golds gym too where I live but if there's a day that they close. I never have to do without because my workout is mainly free weights anyways. Only machine I really use is a squat machine they have up there. Only reason I use it's because it doesnt aggravat a damaged sciatica nerve in my right leg that I have.

see taht girl with the legs. they are something like 15 odd stone (over 200lbs) i seen a documentary with her nad felt so bad for days after. her toenails are like the size of biscuits. her lower body starves her upperbody and she is so skinny.

felt awful.
