Was dehydrated this morning but figured it was from staying up too late. Did cleans and nearly puked in the gym first two sets. A smarter man would have gone home but my dumbass thought it was a great set. Fever, chills, etc... finally had to take two tylenol and fever is gone.

Sitting around porking out and feeling depressed isn't the least bit attractive and that's probably why you ain't gettin' none.
I honestly feel lifting weights saved my quality of life after the divorce and turned shit around for me. It's definitely given me more than I'd ever able to give back. Being an ambassador for healthy living and regular exercise is the least I can do.
