I honestly feel lifting weights saved my quality of life after the divorce and turned shit around for me. It's definitely given me more than I'd ever able to give back. Being an ambassador for healthy living and regular exercise is the least I can do.

Michael Arvilla : Has determination and drive that deserves respect , was prolly one of the best / fun teachers any school kid had .. I would bet they still remember him with admiration ... he's a devoted and adoring partner and that's really sweet to see .. he doesn't allow anything negative said to make any difference in how hard he works to get into a competition.. he's funny and sensitive to others feelings ..

Geo : Smart , quiet , witty , sarcastic , fair , loyal , and tolerant .... he has little to say but makes an impression when he does , he chooses his words with the intent to keep it short and clear .. he's a good provider and has a soft heart .. not to be mistaken though because Im sure he wouldn't blink before snapping someone's neck if they pushed him that far

chaos : a big softee who wants to enjoy life ..

powerpack : a hard worker , smart , secure , and a loving husband .. someone who loves to experience the more pain inducing aspects of certain activities that would turn a lotta other people off .. fearless in a way

drkaje : a good father , a little hard hearted due to past experiences in life .. but mostly open minded ... unless it involves sex with trannies

Migs : a sweetheart , funny , kind , and a touch of naughty that's infectious .. always brings a smile when he visits .. someone I'd like to spend time with cooking and laughing and ....having a good time

Toxie : brilliant , like a sponge sucks up water .. he seems to absorb knowledge , a family oriented man , and a boy who loves to have fun times .. a good combination ... someone who could be in a room full of strangers and find a way to impress each one somehow

rip : a tough chick , a gorgeous girl , one who gives 150 % into each and everything she does ... a person who doesn't hesitate to do anything for anyone no matter when they ask .. she has a big heart and a soft soul

we've been to the beach together (cue the gay jokes), and he's actually a LOT less cynical in person and one of em..."i'm up for anything" folks...
