well i'm sure any doctor would advise you not to take it but I don't think it would have much of an impact on your blood pressure as long as you're not taking crazy amounts of ephedra. Obviously I don't know what else you're using but start taking an AI (arimidex, aromosin, femara) if you're not already to help control water retention.

im guessing taking 1/2 the ephedrine pills i have which would equate to 12.5 of ephedra and 100mg caffeine and take that with 1 1/2 dose of baby aspirin 3x's a day  and monitor my blood pressure and go from there

I take 1/2 a bronkaid (ephedine) and 100 mg caffeine 1-2 times per day.
It works wonders.  I have decent abs even though I missed 8 weeks in the gym and haven't eaten well either. 

it's only half dose but it still seems to work.

No. I have seen it both ways, and I"m no expert.  I do know that within 3-4 days of running this mini-cycle, I started seeing myself get leaner, and I'm pretty happy about it.  Not dieting at all, just getting leaner.

A friend of mine is running the 25 ephedrine, 200 mg caff, 250 mg aspirin x 2 times per day and seeing good results too, but not all that different from me.  I don't get the heart pitter patters anymore with the lighter dose, and honestly it's only because it stops sinus congestion.  That sudafed crap at the store does nothing.

local pharmacy.  walgreens and/or CVS has them.  You have to sign a paper saying you're an asthmatic, and not going to create meth.  What is this, Wasilla, Alaska?

I don't drink soda.  I do have some iced tea throughout the day.  Very watered down with a lot of ice.  So there's some caff there.  I often skip the morning caffeine to be honest.  Just 75 to 100 mg around 4 pm.  It has a powerful effect. It's 2;48 AM and and I'm still working.

I dont think so.  I buy 2-3 boxes, maybe 3 times a year?

They only check the meth list if a lab blows up in your house.  REL meth manufacturers do it in a van parked near a junkyard.  Amateurs do it in their own house, for petes sake.

visit one of the mom/pop pharmacies in the poorer neighborhoods.  It'll be cheap and plentiful.  Wear your glock and a militant look on your face if needed.
