there is no point in even loosing weight when you are that big, If you loose it all you will still have to have alot of surgeries to fix atll the skin and it will still look like shit.

So either eat yourself to death. Or kill yourself.

Yeah you have to get surgery for the skin. The guy has lost over 100 pounds on the show and has flabby skin. Imagine have flabby skin while still being over 300 pounds. BTW his wife is pretty damn decent.

Does anyone know - will weight training tighten loose skin like that?

I've seen some people lose all this weight on these shows then they have to have the skin cut down, surely weight training would tighten it up.

Yeah he had some sort of gastric bypass surgery long ago (or something like that) that caused him to have his fat distribution like that. I wish i could find some pics of him thinner it shows the oddity a lot better.
