182mg ASA
200mg Caffeine

or

4 doses a day of
12.5 mg ephe
81 mg ASA
100 mg Caffeine

heres my idea of an eca stack... green tea with hoodia, 25 mg ephedrine, stacker 2(200 mg caffeine), yohimbe hcl, 162 mg aspirin, l-carnitine, a menthol cigarette, and a few bcaa's...     :D

chocolate has cocoa butter wich is a very healthy saturated fat, i think its part medium chain trigliceride

u need fat to transport vitamins

has a spinach too for vitamin k and a and c and others...

what do you use? you get in fantastic shape. btw do you do cardio fast, or slow with resistance IE stair stepper or incline on treadmill

i dont even feel that pussy ass shit

i only feel calories and alcohol and thirdly weed

weed sucks for energy only gets u high

alochol is good for energy and 1/2 the high of smoking wich is good enough for me

I've tried all kinds of fat burners, but the bottom line is strict diet.  That and cardio are my primary tools.  I do morning cardio on an empty stomach, usually moderate intensity and/or intervals (I'll do anything - treadmill, walking, elliptical, bike, whatever).  And then PM cardio at a lower intensity.
