what do you use? you get in fantastic shape. btw do you do cardio fast, or slow with resistance IE stair stepper or incline on treadmill
I've tried all kinds of fat burners, but the bottom line is strict diet. That and cardio are my primary tools. I do morning cardio on an empty stomach, usually moderate intensity and/or intervals (I'll do anything - treadmill, walking, elliptical, bike, whatever). And then PM cardio at a lower intensity.
