Screw that, it's not a healthy balanced diet, that's what those fools are neglecting with their micro organic vegetarian bullshit, the human body wasn't designed to live off of plants and vegatables, we can in the worst circumstance survive in that state. But realistically you will be neglecting your body of vital and essential nutrients that come from things such as meats and certain carbs.
