wow the flaxseeds have no glycemic load nor does the beer
and the flaxseeds have a 823 score on antiinflamation per one cup!

this could very well reverse aging with this diet

i wouldnt do more than 1 cup of ground flaxseed a day thats only 823 calories

hey johnny with all this talk in the past about whatever is your current trend whether it be ramen noodles, cups of oil, chocolate, amounts of beer etc etc

do you ever deviate from the plan at all? like say you might have something else that you want along with "the plan" or do you stick 100% to your new ideas?

yeah all i gotta do is simply do it. if beer and flaxseeds work ill do that , if i crave some other foods ill try to have only in small amounts

flax seed is available in bulk at Wholefoods for $1.99 a pound.  i buy several pounds a week and use it lots
