The joke was that if Bush had given the order to shoot,the media would have portrayed it as "BUSH ORDERED THE KILLING OF 3 BLACK TEENAGERS".So Rush said "Obama ordered the killing of three black teenagers".He was being ironic.If you dont listen to it,why have an opinion of it.

The point of his comment had nothing to do with what the American people would support. What he was trying to illustrate is the blatant bias in the media against Bush. Your assertion that they are muslim therefore them being black is irrelevant is moronic. Since when has someone being Muslim not entitled them to getting their asses kissed by the American media? I'm sure the media would have blamed American foreign policy and waterboarding at Guantanamo for creating Somalian pirates in the first place.
