You can run 2 hours  everyday  and  your legs will be just fine Kyomu.

is learning german easyhow so.  i agree with CJ about recovering faster. i feel much better when i do cardio, if i dont i feel like a slug. elliptical and stair stepper are great

Kyomu I definately don't think it will prevent your quads from growing unless you are doing extremely long distances.

Why not just do HIT cardio, like the Tabata Protocol 4 days per week (takes about 15 minutes)? The cardio benefits will be much greater, and the BB benefits = bigger.
